We have 8 hotel style guest rooms, all are spacious with two double beds or a queen bed, private entrances & baths, mini-fridges, tv, in room coffee. ALL of our rooms face the beautiful Green Mountain Forest and are spotless. Air conditioning is available during the summer and our rooms are warm and cozy in the winter. What? You want to check your e-mail? Well, our rooms are internet ready so you can bring your lap-top and take advantage of our D.S.L. (RJ 45 jack) wired OR WIRELESS! (reaches most rooms) FREE internet access. Phone service is also available with a guest phone in the hall.

We fell in love with this modest little piece of Vermont... the views and the charm of it's simplicity. Today there are so many things to see and do in this area of Vermont that it has become a busy tourist spot, almost year round as opposed to the past when it was very seasonal. We are happy to be located just outside of town which allows us to enjoy all of the nature and beauty Vermont has to offer as well as be within 15 minutes of all the necessary convienences of daily living.
Minutes into town you will find a cafe for breakfast and lunch dining and many places to choose from for all your meals locally!
Everyone is easy going and friendly, many guests who have stayed with us since we opened have returned or sent friends and family. We are confident that you too will enjoy the low key atmosphere.... and that you will consider it
